Generations fading,
Fated to become yet another fragment of dust in the wind,
Wise men searching for the one and only absolute truth,
As there children rise from the ashes and wage war against one another,
There flames of retribution burn the cities of the gods,
Leaving the earth bare and the soil moist from those whom have fallen,
Revealing the distant and nearly forgotten luminescence of another day,
The ending of all things,
But the beginning of something far greater,
Beauty…
