Favorite Quote:
God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.

With his blood pouring forth
Onto these random scraps
Of cream parchment and lipstick napkins
The Will seeps into him

Scream, scream for freedom
Scream the nightmares

If only their beliefs held more
Than sickly fabrications
This scribe could have lived a good life yet
Lying tangled in their dirty mesh

With the tears of strain seeping through
Each agonizing syllable
His lithe face soaked in crimson
Every sharp pain of breathing feeds the demon

Scream for conviction
Scream the seedy dreams

These walls, they have locked him in
His skin holding the demon in
What ever happened to the promise ring?
What ever happened to the songs the lover used to sing?

The yellowing tainted teeth
Serve well to sever the flesh the demon haunts
Listening to their rabble on the other side
Speaking infidelities of the scribe

Scream, scream for freedom
Scream the nightmares
Scream for conviction
Scream the seedy dreams

“Forever, forever will the pain reside
Within the soft walls of the victim”
Hollers the mob, though they are ignorant and tired
To the fact that the scribe has expired

Slender, malignant hands press back the flesh
And a laugh worthy of a hallucination
Crawls across the walls as the demon escapes
Into a world that has no idea of pain
