those eyes
those eyes
they pierce through my mask
the catch the hidden feelings
that i try to hid from the world
they read my fears.
they are like a steaming cup of hot chocolate
on a cold, unforgiving winter day.
i feel safe, and loved when they are looking at me
and only me.
those eyes, go on for miles.
they confort my pain.
they make my day just a little bit brighter.
those eyes reflect my pain,
and my own worries.
they swirl with the deepest shades of hazel
and the warmest shades of cocoa
and the lightest shades of butterscotch
those eye are pleading, for me to stay
or is it the other way around?
i love those eyes
and the person behind them
