I see you.

I gave you a name, therefore I know you.

I took hold of you.

Earth, you riddle me with riddles.
If the wind is a pair of ebb and flowing lips,
Then this a kiss.

My words in a touching with lips.

If you were a head, imagine, earth, if you were a head...
All the white and pink dogwoods, beautiful elms, magical maples, deplorable willows and silent sycamores are your hair, spilling over your face and cascading over the eaves of your sea salt ears.

But you can't be a head. There are to many features for one face.

Such a handsome harmony.
A reverberating drivel of life and death.
Say, if I were a watt just one ladle of this life would,
I'm sure, make me a kilowatt.

The jungles and forests and savannahs full of daffodils,
Choking ivy and lilies all beautiful. And all those beautiful mammals
Like the soft shrew, rock climbing hyrax, nightmare dancing grey bat,
The koala, the kangaroo, the sun flower eyed ring-tailed lemur and the strong; wise elephant. They are all like countless lamps being lit and blown out, lit and blown out.
Oh, the sound resounds through my milky bones and this entire
Lactic galaxy!

There must be some manufacturer...

2

I imagine we were all a flame in the beginning.
Kindled and cradled in two invisible hands.
Ruff hands, ruff from playing the universe alive with some
Divine instrument.

And I imagine that He took the newly born sea,
And swirled it in his mouth and spit out a flock of birds...

Flamingo's went flying.

Herons hurled.

Pelicans passed the the spoonbills
Splashing and crashing.
Robins, starlings and sparrows went fluttering, singing.
Mouning doves, angery blue jays and arrogant kingfishers
Went dancing and eating.
The meadow larks went to their meadows.
The Baltimore oriole, I guess, went to Baltimore.
The cardinal struck his flag in Ohio.
The canary went to the cat.
The cedar waxwing, well did what ever waxwings do...

The mouth spat a song with in a song with in a bird
With which I heard and was forever hankering of more.

Have you noticed their is a music in naming things,
To name a thing, therefore to know it, to take hold of it?
Such a beautiful sound. sounds. sound.

Have you noticed how all the other planets seem to have been left in the kiln
To long or baked to hard and earth is the only pot suitable for planting in?

Have you seen how earths seas and oceans squeeze the land around the knees
Like a pair of blue-green knickers?

Have you seen in pictures how the earth looks like a beautiful bridal kimono?
I think it was just to lacerate our pain.

I can't name God. And He never gave me his name I could never name Him like.........

O, now I see. As I know you know names are arbitrary.
The thing will never be it's name and a name will never equal the thing.
So you gave us the one thing not left up to individual judgment.
To call You: I Am Who Am
Is the one thing we could understand.

We do not name.

We do not hold.

We do not know.

We have it backwards.
But still we drowned in the music of naming things.

Good, cause if anyone stopped what they're good at, that would be terrible, a lie in and of themselves and others...

This is beautiful, so lovely!  It drew me in from the first "I see you" and kept me reading all the way.  I hope you NEVER stop writing!
