The Unique Katie

At moments, I am soft sky blue
wishing to blend into the background.
I sit silently listening to surrounding sounds.
This is me, a fly on the wall,
when I am not at ease with all around me.
At times, I am bright blaring red
like a fire truck with sirens sounding.
I am vociferous and talkative,
ready to be noticed by all
and make my opinions crystal clear.
Both of these, although different,
compose the one and only me.
