Forgiveness
forgiveness
trust
mercy
forgiveness
grudges
mercilessness
forgiveness leads to failure which leads to unhappiness
grudges lead to inadequacy and isolation which lead to unhappiness
everyone deserves forgiveness
easier said than done
to hold a grudge to teach a lesson
will only create distrust and distaste
will you forget when you forgive?
how many times then, will you let yourself be hurt?
I am afraid someone will take advantage of my forgiveness
how unbalanced it is to show mercy always
but you can't escape pain with either
so we all stay numb and take our pick
i dislike my writing
but i forgive myself for writing it
causing me to write some more
of my unlikable work
perhaps i should've held a grudge
so my pen would no longer
go near my paper with the false hope of success.
