You’re letting this girl
Run your whole life.
You’re breaking down
And feeling strife
You couldn’t even think
‘Cause she pushed you to the brink.
But then, in a blink
Of the eye
You’re back on her.
I ask you, why?
Just like a junkie, you keep going back,
‘Cause she is your crack.
And now your mind’s out of whack.
She doesn’t deserve you.
See how she unnerves you?
But you keep going back.
‘Cause the chaos is your crack.
And of chaos, she is a goddess.
And in the game, she is no novice.
But, as always, I’ll see you through ‘till the end
‘Cause I’m still your friend

I just realized, this poem is anonymous. I didn't mean to make it anonymous. Oops. Wonder how many other poems I've done that to. Oh well.

Thank you so much. I love hearing from people who relate to my poetry in different ways. I love the perspective.
I have to say, this is really good. I am feeling almost the same thing. I wrote a song called haertbeat and posted it on youtube. the mic sucks, but the words are what matters to me. I like the lines "just like a junkie you keep going back cause she is your crack. its simular to a line i wrote: "your like herioin your my perfect brand" I look forward to reading some of your othre work if you have any
