peaceful aura
Peaceful flowing breeze is playing with my hair.
Early morning sun puts out a beautiful glare.
Another day to mend mistakes that seem to be made without a care.
A loving warm comfort that will hold you in mid air.
Sudden intense feelings you know will do no harm.
Even though you know your day has just begun.
My pole and line beside me ready for the wait.
And the stress from yesterdays troubles trinkels down to the lake.
My worries are forgotten and my pain is put at ease.
As I sit feeling free, the fish begin to tease.
The relaxtion taking over that no money can buy.
It's just me and my pole as hours pass by.
Patience is a virtue that is learned through the wait.
Which in turn is rewarded with the catch of the day.
A flick of my wrist and the struggles on my face hide away.
The day grows weak as night takes its place.
And I return home with eyes as weary as my sluggish face.
And I dream in hopes of another peaceful fishing day
