Spring Break
I sit down,
I can feel the humidity,
wrap around me
like a warm blanket
I breathe in,
the smell of alfredo.
I can see the shiny sun go down
Peeking just behind the Hulk coaster
The twisting, twirling, turns
Of the green Hulk coaster.
It smirks back at me
I was too scared to go on it.
I can also see
a small Hogwarts castle
in front of
the red and orange sky.
Pleasantly pleased people were happily walking.
It was perfect.
I can taste
fresh pasta and alfredo sauce
The shiny sunny sun shines the whole red-orange sky
It’s brighter than any other star.
My tanned legs feel like jello
I’m so tired I could sleep for years!
Pleasant vacation is great
It feels nice to have a break.
Everything is perfect here,
But we only have one more day left
It makes me feel sad
But it was a great way to spend
Spring Break.
