Who's my greatest influence?
“Who is my greatest influence?” A simple question, but the answer is more complicated that's because we’re all still evolving every day, so the answer can change within an instant. Someone comes into your life unexpectedly, and suddenly, you see the world through a new lens with the person who “thinks they know you”. That person teaches you it’s ok to let people in and to start all over. You can go your whole life thinking you know the answer but Then one day, you realize the greatest influence in your life might just be someone else. Sometimes the answer isn’t who influenced you the most but what they said did. people come and go from our lives, but only a minority of them truly make a difference in our future. It’s impossible to choose one true person who influenced my life the most. It’s what they taught me is all that matters, things like loyalty, love, companionship, and trusting one another. So who is my greatest influence? If I have to give an answer, it has to be my parent's absence. Them leaving left me feeling alone, invisible and left a void that so many people that love me for myself have filled. If they hadn’t left me by myself, I wouldn't be the person I am today.
