Bookworm
It's when the time pause forever,
When I get lost in this enchanted world.
Having a soft smile on my face,
I read this story at my own pace.
A little escape is what it is for me,
A time when I feel like I'm in a dream.
Every story has It's own specialty and features,
And there I am existing as one of its characters.
Every scene described is live in front of me,
And I'm standing too stunned to speak.
Intense fights and thrills come up,
Covering me up in goosebumps.
Slowly and gradually I reach It's ending,
Crying due to joy or sorrow or both the feeling.
'I wish I could lock myself in this world' is all I said before starting a fresh new adventure
Only to realise I'm still stuck in this chaotic world.

Hi there! this is Aditi. I'm really glad to share with you my poem bookworm (which I'm really proud of 😁). This poem talks about how the suspense and thrill of a novel wants me to just dive into the story and not do anything.
I also have an insta account with same username (@miss_peach38) and yeah i would really like it if u can just check it out.
Okie bye ^^
