I miss you
No I’m not here, to tribute All Time Low
Or Blink-182
But I just wanted to let you know
I miss you.
I don’t really know what happened
Or if we just fell through
You pinky promised
And that was all I could imagine
I miss you
You were right there
And now you’re gone
so i hug my bear, and think of you
It’s not that i thought you were the one
It was just nice
And now im blue
I miss you
I hear these songs
And all i can see is your smile
How i could make it a mile long
And I guess that made it worthwhile
I miss you
And I hate myself for it
Because i know you’re not missing me too
And this isn’t just some breakthrough
I’ve had time to sit
And all i think about it this
I miss you.

This piece was originally very personal however I wrote it well over a year and a half before submitting it to this journal and now that I no linger have any connections with the person I wrote it about I almost find it humorous just to reread and I truly do like this piece it just doesn't hold the same weight which it used to.
