Blue
Blue is all I can see.
My hot blood runs icy blue through rivers and capillaries,
woven together by stitches and sew.
Aquamarines and turquoise blending together in a whirlpool of emotion,
dragging me deep, deep, deeper under the torrent of waves.
I am a rock, still and stationary on the seabed,
the stormy sky above casting deep navy shadows onto my being.
I am drowning,
and blue is all I can see,
through the wet window panes that are my eyes.
