The Unknown's Tears
It pours to no end,
The sky’s tears falling so tremendously,
Unable to see through its thickness,
Only to see and feel it’s sadness,
As the ground drenches in its cleansing spirit,
In its purity and pitter-pattering calm,
When they sky darkens with the emotion,
But it never ends, not until it overflows,
With feelings kept in for so long,
It lets itself out until puddles
turn into ponds that
turn into devastating floods,
Until someone said to me,
“You’ll get through it,
Just a little while longer”
