in her eyes
lay all of nature’s beauty
brown but honey in the sun
how mesmerizing her beauty can be
as she sits in front of me
listening to my music
god is a woman
with the way she talks
i hear passion and a melody
with her walk
she brings everyone to their knees
such confidence
such a great force
god is woman
because you showed me so much with one look
god is a woman
because you took too much with one goodbye
