"Mama I have to go"
“Mama I have to go.”
Her Silk laced voice quivered.
Eyes lifeless and slowed heart,
My daughter’s life now slivered.
“Hold on baby, keep fighting.”
I scream in pain.
“Mama I have to go.”
WIth my little girl gone,, I’m insane.
Death’’s cold laugh echoes inside.
Her eyes no longer open.
No longer can I live.
My heart inside is broken.
She’s laid gently in the casket,
I am barely breathing.
“Good bye my child.” I whisper,
Inside my heart is screeching.
“Mama I have to go.”
Her last words were to me.
Without her I am dead inside,
But she is finally free. .
