The Man That I Love Thinks I'm Going to Hell
The man that I love thinks I'm going to he**.
He won't be with me, it's so easy to tell.
He stands up to pray, while I fall to my knees.
He breaks my heart down with such grace and such ease.
The man that I love buries me in tall flames.
He watches me burn, doesn't think it's a shame.
He sings to the sky, while I sink to the ground.
He's speaking with angels; I won't hear a sound.
The man that I love says I'm drowning in sin.
He won't be with me, I won't see him again.
He doesn't waste time with pure evil like me.
He's going above and I'm going beneath.
The man that I love thinks my soul won't be saved,
so while he rests in peace, I will turn in my grave.
He tells me of fire, then he walks out my door
He knows that I love him, but wants something more
The man that I love will not see me again.
He's living for death, and he brings me my end.
He never will love me, he never will care.
To him I am not worth a kiss nor a prayer.
The man that I love says I'm drowning in sin.
He won't be with me, I won't see him again
He doesn't waste time with pure evil like me.
He's going above and I'm going beneath.
