I think everyday
wondering why
I just couldn't get it
just couldn't realize
That I don't need anyone
not one boy in my life
I can get along just fine
without anyone of them
All I need is my dad
he's the only true boy for me
at only seventeen
I shouldn't be worried about this
I love my life
just the way it is
I don't need any boys
to let me know
that I'm pretty and smart
clever and sweet
Good and nice
hard to beat
I love my life
just the way it is
and I don't need a boy
to tell me this
