200m Butterfly

The clock is ticking,
The time is flying by,
My feet are kicking.
The pain inside of me is pricking,
I have feelings as though I’m about to die,
The clock is ticking.
My thoughts are clicking,
I’m just about to cry,
My feet are kicking.
The pain is sickening,
Doing the 200 butterfly,
The clock is ticking.
My mind is tricking,
Me to think that I’m just fine,
My feet are kicking.
This is my fate, I’m picking,
To survive the present, I do try,
The clock is ticking,
My feet are kicking.
