The Painful Truth

I've been alive,
But never even knew.
All I've done is survive,
But I never felt true.
I felt dead inside,
Up until I met you.
Now that you're gone,
I feel worse than before;
Everything I do is wrong,
This feeling grows more and more.
Each day that your gone,
My heart grows more sore.
I hope that someday,
I can end the pain.
I know that I must find away.
For your love, I wish to gain.
