Who is the Wise One?

Oh who is the wise one that sits in the tree?
What wise one everyone says?
Some say he is well known for his knowledge.
I just say they are big fools to believe it.
Everyday they ask me, who is the wise one, and I say in time.
When I told them he has many more talents, not just knowledge, they all call me craxy.
He is one of the best hunters of the night.
They ask me how do I know, and I reply because I saw him up close before.
He is short and stubby, he is an owl.
That is all we know about him so far, and so good!
