Just Outside
Just out side the windo the cold crows chirp.
All along the ground the brown crunchy leaves lay,
Slowly the cold fall air moves in like a family moving into a summer home.
On the play ground friends huddle with one another in their big winter jackets to stay warm.
Later at home they lay warm under their blankets as they fall asleep to the sound of the cold crows chirping just outside the window.
