Jim Henson, Jim Henson, why have you gone?
You were gone too young with much left to do.
Who knows what other things you could have done,
What thoughts and inspirations left with you?
You left us with many great creations,
Kermit, Rolf, Rizo, The Great Gonzo too,
These products of your imagination,
Live on today even though you are gone.
Commercials, movies, and The Muppet Show,
Still much enjoyed by families today.
Sesame Street for the youngest of fans
Makes almost everyday a Sunny day.
Thank you Jim Henson, we miss you a lot.
