She walks through the halls with a smile.
She’s been hurting on the inside for a while.
She’s exhausted, feeling like she has run a few miles.
Feeling like her life is a trial.
Happiness is out of style.

Teenagers go through a lot and sometimes all they need is someone to listen. This poem is for all the teenagers who feel like they are not heard.
