Shallow waters
Perhaps the safer way to tread
Hard to drown
So nothing to dread
I can keep everything light
Gazing with my peripheral vision
Evenly at things within sight
Ignoring the unclear, the deep, the dim
But how easily it evaporates
And disappears into nothing
Gone within a single day
So easily dispersed and forgotten
