This is my story
The sweet innocent girl,
Brown hair ---brown eyes,
Regular church go-er
Thought nothing of her?
She walked in,
Smile on her face,
Little did we know what she had to face?
The enemy was deep,
So deep inside,
She couldn’t move-escape or even cry….
She would cover the truth with a fat juicy lie,
Making her life seem like a sweet fantasy,
The darkness became darker,
Then her biggest fear…….
The snakes began to appear,
Following her everywhere,
She became so trapped,
She began to think-Not even God could save me?
She thought she was dead,
She thought she was through,
Then the storms began to brew,
Growing bigger by the after-noon,
God striked the enemy and brought her to her knees,
Told her he loved her even with the biggest flaw,
Restored her soul and washed her clean,
Now there’s this calling- A calling of her own…
Which no- one saw it coming?
Not even one soul,
But she sang this song,
With such an angelic tone,
The anointing would flow,
Her heart would race,
All because God saved her from the chains!
This is my story!!
