No More
I'm the one that hears the creaks,
the rustles and the whispers.
I'm the one that hears the voices,
That speak to the listeners.
I glimpse a face, its eyes glow red.
I catch a whiff of death.
Time rots beneath its wicked stare.
It robs me of my breath.
The lights are out, I fear for my life.
The head begins to turn.
I try to shout, to yell for help.
Eyes catch me and I burn.
The creature advances, I tremble and shake.
And then fear is no more.
I stand proud, my spine is straight.
My courage at the fore.
I stand to fight, I stand to win.
And then my minds no more.
I awake, my strength is gone.
I stare down at the floor.
The creature is gone, I've saved my life.
Amidst the mess I see.
Two eyes are red, their luster lost.
I know that I am free.
No more No more No more
No more No more No more
No more No More NO MORE NO MORE
I'm the one that hears the creaks,
The rustles and the whispers.
I'm the one that hears the voices,
That speak to the listeners.
But that is no more.
