High School Sports
Have you ever heard of a high school without sports teams? I don’t know about you, but I never heard of such a thing. Sports are like gifts to kids; they mean a lot to them. Why would you take that gift away? Some people want band all high school sports teams. If they do that most kids would either be out of shape, unmotivated, or they wouldn’t learn valuable things that they don’t learn in school.
However, if they would decide to band all high school sports teams, majority of kids wouldn’t stay physically fit. Because usually kids play sports to enjoy it but also to stay in shape. America is trying to stop obesity, sports is one way we can. A sport also motivates kids because of the requirements. Such as getting good grades, if you don’t get good grades there are consequences to that.
Sports are also great because they can teach discipline. Extra curricular activities are awesome for students also because they can learn self-control.
