Jesus did not necessarily have to come to earth & die for us; He could have just easily gone straight from heaven to get the key of life & death from satan. But no, Jesus came through the pain of being born, living for over 30years & having to go around preaching & calling people unto Him, finally Him being crucified & dying for the sins of all men.

That! Was the price to pay to get the key, but the people of earth would not just change. God could have sent just one normal man, maybe John the Baptist to tell us to stop sinning & then Jesus would walk over to hell & collect the key majestically. But no, man would not let it be so. We are just favored as humans to be so loved by such a God who can easily wipe us all away & create a new earth & new people. God loves us so so much that He sent Jesus Christ to earth to die for every one of us.

Why then should we treat Him with such contempt? Some say there is no God, but we all know that that is so wrong. In so many ways God has proven His existence. The very fact that we’re even alive, either well or sick is a huge factor that proves God’s love for us on a daily basis.

We all need to stop & think, just once. We need to think about our lives, where we are now, where we’ve been & where we want to be in time to come. God has given us the freewill to make whatever decisions we want to make. He never forces us to do anything. We owe Him that much respect to give Him a chance in our lives & see what wonder He will use us for.

Jesus’ resurrection for me is great joy. He is always there for me no matter what. He cares about every single thing I do, He’s my best friend, my first love. I am so happy & psyched Jesus died & rose up just for me, what about you?

I was sweeping one morning around that Easter period when this came into my mind, immediately I went to get my diary & started writing, but halfway through my mom called me so I stopped. I never went back to complete it & almost a year later during this same Easter period I was admitted in the hospital so I was going through my diary. I saw this write up again & I realized that if I didn’t have a successful surgery, I’d never get the chance to finish writing this. So write there in my hospital bed, I picked up my pen & completed it. I’m really glad that I have the opportunity to post this online after a successful operation.

I agree wholeheartedly. If God loves us enough to send His only son to die for us, then we need to quit fighting about petty things and focus on what's important. People need to see that.
