Why bad things Happen
"If God is so loving, then why does He allow bad things to happen?'' There it is. The million dollar question. The one atheists use to prove that there is no God. It's one that stumps people all the time. I don't know for sure why God allows bad things to happen. I really don't.
However, this is what I believe.
I believe that allowing bad things to happen is God's way of getting our attention and proving to us how much we need a Savior. If life was perfect all the time, there would be no need for Jesus. Think about it, its when bad things happen that you find yourself turning to God. Whether you shake your fist at or bless His name, he still got your attention.
