e are all sinking. Some of us, faster than others. We are all drowning. Drowning ourselves in misery that is self inflicted. And, the worst part is, we think that it is “normal”. Normal to burn the very ground we walk on. Normal to loathe even the mere thought of our existence. Normal to live each day knowing there is something much greater out there but not letting ourselves explore it. We are all lost in seas sorrow and regret searching for a sign that there is an escape. And that is where we will sink, sink like anchors so that the lost ships that we are ties to may remain afloat. And as we sink, we will continue to search, and as we search, we will begin to realize that the only escape is the bottom of the ocean.
