Regret Is My Choice

I must take reponsibility for I've done to you. But it is still my choice to look back and feel the pain and remorse. You asked me to reconsider to think over what I have done. But I've made a choice not to and what is done, is done. I've chosen not to burdon myself with this weight of my lies to instead continue care-free. Even though I know your pain and that it was caused because of me. I know you think I'm the enemy and I should feel more remorse but I see myself in a different light and choose to live a different life.
