Save Me From Disappearing
At some point we all want to disappear. We want to disappear from a moment, a crowd of people, the darkness of our own gaze. It is within all of us, this urge to flee. This urge to fade away and never look back. We all want to run somewhere, to be forgotten but there are very few of us who can become invisible without even trying. It’s these people that wish most for the warmth of the sun to wash across their skin. It’s these people that are lost to the waves, plunged under into the creeping cold water and drug into the undertow. It’s these people we should save but these are the ones that get lost in a disappearing act.
