Walt Disney
“All the adversity I’ve had in my life, all my troubles and obstacles, have strengthened me…You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.” -Walt Disney.
People don’t realise, but you don’t just start off at greatness, you achieve it. Walt Disney showed me that.
He started out with struggles, being a brilliant animator wasn’t enough, as his first company went bankrupt. Finally, after many struggles, in 1938, he had a big success: “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.”
I want to meet Walt because he’s an inspiration, he never gave up. Because of it, he now has theme parks and movies that keep his dream alive.
There were so many times in his life that he could’ve said “forget it” but he didn’t. If I met him I’d have so many questions: “How were you able to keep going through tough times?”, “What inspired for your films?”, “Can I job shadow you?”, etcetera.
I want to be a filmmaker, and if I met Walt Disney, I would be inspired. I know there will be struggles, but I will never give up, Just look at how Walt ended up.
