Ice really hurts
Last Thursday I had ice-skating, and I haven’t been to practice since July so I had forgotten to watch my toe pick. As soon as I realized I had put it in to the ice I knew to put out my arms and catch myself as I fell. Right on the hard scratched up bumpy ice I slid…I guess it was about four feet that I slid on my stomach. I was so sore when I stood up after that dreadfull fall that I didn’t even feel like moving… I just stood there waiting for my coach to yell to get a move on those spirals, but she didn’t, so I stood there. Then I said to myself no game, no pain, and walked it out.
