Feedback on Shattered Glass by Alexia S.
I really enjoyed reading Shattered Glass by Alexa S. It was a heartwarming story about an eight year old girl who gets into a very bad car accident with her parents. After the crash and having brain surgery, she realizes she can't take anything for granted. To deal with her trauma she decides to go into the medical field.
Her story was truly inspiring. It made me realize how important it is to appreciate what we have. Also, in a way I can relate to her experience. When I was nine I got into an accident as well. Although no one was hurt, it was a scary experience and I my younger brother was asleep while it was happening, just as she had been. I think it is really powerful the way she dealt with it and I believe that in writing this piece, she is sending an important message into the world.
