I do not think there should be laws about saggy pants. Sometimes they are very saggy, but most of the time they are just loose. It is a personal preference how you wear your clothes. Growing up we were always told to be individuals. Now that we are finding our own way to dress people are making laws for us to stop. They should decide if they want us to be individuals or all the same.
