Throw Away the Makeup
I enjoyed reading the article “Throw Away the Makeup” by Amy Gofton. It discusses a well known topic : makeup. Almost every girl I know wears makeup, and I’m sure the girls you know do as well. Amy mentions how she’s comfortable without wearing makeup anymore, while many girls, are not.
Perhaps it is society that makes us girls feel the need to have the smoothest skin, or the perfect eyebrows. Maybe, we do it to ourselves. At the end of the day, it is what’s inside that matters, not what you plastered onto your face 12 hours earlier. Once you get rid of your makeup and feel comfortable in your own skin, you can start seeing your life from a better perspective.
