Watertown Aquatic Center
In the writing titled, Watertown Aquatic Center, written by Toni Smith, talks about her summer at the swimming pool. This writing left me feeling understanding about her experience at the pool. Ever since I was a little kid, my family and I have always swum at the Ayersville Pool. They have a diving board and a basketball hoop. There is also a kiddie pool and an adult size pool. All my brothers and sisters and also my neighbors played handball in the pool. We would smack the beachball with one hand then had to run around the pool, just like a waffle ball game. The loser had to swim four don and backs in the big pool. When the author says, “Walking out to the pool, it gives you excitement,” I really felt this because I love swimming in the pool during the summer and was always so excited.
