Snowmobiling
Tunnels made out of snow caped evergreens.
Flat rounding hills covered in one foot of fresh powder. That fill of excitement as you fly through the trees. The great fill of adrenalin rushing through your body. Not knowing if you are going to land flat or sidewise and just start rolling. Till you come to a sudden stop and you don’t know if you are alive or dead. I miss that.
When you finally get there and you find out you’re the first person there. The first ones to make the tracks every one else sees when they show up.
With the roaring of the engine as you fly of the hills. This place is no longer quite and peaceful. It is no longer a place to go if you want to sit and listen to nature.
The wind on your face as you rides along. The chill of snow that has been kicked up from the people in front of you.
