I chose to do the Community Service Writing Project because community service is very important. I wanted to write about some of the things I did to encourage other people to do all sorts of projects to help the people in your neighborhood.

The community service I did was taking food to less fortunate peoples homes. About every other Sunday or Saturday my dad, my grandma, and I would go to Gleaners food kitchen and pack up boxes filled with different non-perishable foods. After that we would deliver them to the homes of the people who needed them the most. Doing this made me feel happy because I was helping other people out in the most important way.
