Zodieasins pt.4
“N-Neko, Is that you” I remembered that voice, it was so easy.
“MOM!”
I ran to my mother and hugged her tightly.
“Wait, I-I Thought you were, gone” Aiden laughed.
“Did you forget Altalune’s power?”Aiden said.
“He deals with life and I deal with death” Altalune said.
“How’s your father, sweetie”Nina, my mom asked.
“He- he- he” I couldn’t bare myself to say it. “He died”
August said for me, he could see I was having troubles acknowledging it.
“Oh, I’m sorry,” Nina said.
“It’s ok mom,” I answered back.
August was standing on the bottom of a set of stairs. He waved for me to come over. I walked over to him.
“C’mon follow me, I think you’ll like this surprise.” He said.
He took my hand and pulled me upstairs. August opened the first door on the right.
“Close your eyes and hold onto my arm” He said.
I closed my eyes and I followed him.
“Okay open, TA-DA”
I opened my eyes and we were in a beautiful bedroom.
“I figured you are tired, it’s been a long day.” He said.
“Yeah, it has been.” I replied.
“Here” August said, handing me a wrapped bow and a gift bag.
“I’ll leave and you get dressed.” He said and walked out and closed the door. I opened the gifts and looked at the beautiful clothes. In the box there was: A pretty orange and red dress, a bracelet to match, and orange shoes. In the gift bag there was: A red pajama set and a note. As I was getting dressed in the pajamas as I read the note aloud.
“Roses are red, violets are blue, Love never crossed my mind, Un-”
August burst into the room.
“Until I met yooou!”
I laughed.
“Aw August, that’s so sweet!”
I climbed into the bed. Even though I don’t sleep, I feel tired but I need to tell Aunt Jess. I was thinking that maybe I won’t tell. I know she is family, but she is human.
I couldn’t see the reason why Aunt Jess shouldn’t know she knew with Mom.
