The Burned Out Students
I’m on the stage.
“I’m burning out.” I light my wig on fire.
“This is what you are doing to us. Look at these kids' arms. Look at their eyes. We are burned out. Figuratively and literally. When will it end?” My wig falls off. I drop and lay. I’m too burned out for this.
