Goodbye to You
Have you ever lost someone that meant the world to you? After a while, the
pain
begins to ease. You may even forget
that they ever existed.Then,
suddenly,
you hear their favorite song, or you remember something funny that
they said; and the pain is renewed.
It seems as if you're standing still watching
them walk away, watching them walk out of your life yet again. When they
leave,
you feel an emptiness
--a void--
and you doubt that anyone could ever fill it...
because this
person has walked into your life and completely
changed everything you ever believed about life and
love
...that there's no way i could ever feel that way about somebody...
that no one would ever feel
and then just when you
realize
that maybe you were wrong, it ends. you wonder if you ever even lost them--
All
you ever wanted was somebody who cared; somebody to be there for you in
your
darkest days;
someone to turn to when everyone else turns away. You
wanted to be there for them too. You wanted to listen when they needed to talk.
You wanted them to know that even when they weren't looking, you were
always there.
Is it normal to be like this? To feel this strongly, to care this much?
How do you describe losing someone who meant more to you in just a few months than most people you've known your whole life?
Was it just infatuation? Why is it
that I'm fine until something happens that makes me unhappy...
thats when I
think about them..when I'm sad.
Am I just scared of forgetting them,
{afraid}
that soon they'll be no more than just a faint memory of a short time in my life
when things seemed to be going ok?
And yet through it all, God is there. When you feel as if your world is

apart and the walls are crashing down, remember that you are never
alone.
He is always waiting there with open arms. No matter what you've done or how
long you've been gone, He will be there to wipe away your tears, to comfort you and
bring you home.
He has l<3ved you all your life, and He will never leave your side.
<{He is the only thing worth living for.>}
He knows where you have been, and He has already been where you're going.
Trust in him to lead the
way; step out in faith, and the bridge will appear.
Give everything up--there's
no way you can handle the struggles of life on your own.
Give it up..
and surrender to Him.
