Homelessness in America
It was 2118, and technology had finally found a solution to homelessness in america. Everybody had a home of some sort. Nobody was out on the streets. All of this was due to the 403rd and 415th amendments to the constitution, and the vigilant US Homeless General, founded in 2101. It provided free portable shelters for all that needed it, They only cost 10 dollars each to make, due to a new metal called votraynium, which was cheaper and more durable than any other metal previously created by mankind.
Of course, there were still a few problems with society. The United Nations had fallen apart, and many countries were in an extreme state of disrepair. The United States was just one of a few countries still hanging on. Ever since president Donald J. Trump was assassinated in 2021, the citizens made an uprising, and restored order in the US government.
