Catching Fire
Catching Fire is the second book in the Hunger Games series. In this book Katniss and Peeta go back in the games with previous victors. They will have to make some friends and fast, because all the victors know each other. Katniss and Peeta are the odd ones out, they don’t know any of them.
Katniss and Peeta go on the victory tour after the games. They visit all the districts and give speeches. After they get home they learn that there are uprisings. President Snow wants to kill Katniss, so for the 75th Hunger Games previous victors will be put back into the games.
I thought the book was very good. I recommend it for teenagers. It’s a violent book and not good for small children to read. I thought it was very well written and gave a lot of details.
In conclusion, the book was exciting to read. It was a very well written book. There is surprises and edge of your seat moments. If you haven’t read it, I say go do it. You won’t be sorry.
