The Crossover by Kwame Alexander
Josh and Jordan (or JB) Bell are the twin sons of Chuck Bell former professional basketball player. The author brilliantly puts emotional and social situations in the book.
The author’s style of writing was a little hard to understand, but it made sense of how to read it. I felt that the lives of JB and Josh feels very realistic and formal. There father is a great role model for them because the look up to him like a legend.
I think that most basketball players would like this book because there is lots of basketball in the book. The book teaches life lessons. Each poem in the book teaches the reader something different, but useful. I think the theme of the whole book is live life while it last.
This book is great for basketball players and uster readers. The Crossover is a great book and it would be great for you.
