The Host is about an unseen enemy that takes over the minds of human body’s. Melanie Stryder refuses to fade away, when an invading “soul” named Wanderer takes over her body and is trying to get information about the last of the human. Soon she finds love for a man she never meet and they both set off to find him.
Melanie Stryder is one of the last humans on earth. When she is captured by the seeker, a “soul” named Wanderer takes over her body, she finds the former tenant refusing to relinquish possession of her mind. Melanie fills Wanderer’s mind of images of Jared, they both set out to find a man that they both love.
I think that The Host is an amazing book. I would recommend the book to people who love reading fiction and love stories
An unseen enemy that takes over the minds of humans while leaving there body’s intact. The Host is a riveting and unforgettable novel about the persistence of love and the essence of what it means to be human.
