Three Quarters Dead by Richard Peck
My Book Review
Book title and author: Three Quarters Dead- BY: Richard Peck
Title of review: Three Quarters Dead
Number of stars (1 to 5): 5 stars
Introduction
Kerry has been chosen to sit with the “cool” girls in school; Natalie, Tanya, and Makenzie. She is unaware of what trouble these girls are bound to cause. Kerry may think she has what it takes to be one of them, but does she really?
Description and summary of content
Alyssa Stark, one of Tanya’s enemies, is out of town on Halloween. Who knows what she’s doing, but in order for Kerry to be one of them, she has to break into her house and lay a baby doll with a slit on its neck on her bed. Sadly, Kerry thought she was the only one in the house, but she wasn’t.
Evaluation
When Tanya texted Kerry, she swerved off the road and hit a tree. The girls were pronounced dead, but were they really? Kerry got a text from Tanya that says “We're all 3 here at my aunt's in the city. Take the 3:50 train. B there.”
Conclusion
If you’re up for an exhilarating suspense, this is the book for you. Richard Peck really knows how to create a spine tingling book!
