Introduction
Percy Jackson starts out living a normal life living in an apartment with his mom. He has a slight case of dyslexia. He feels that he is different from the other teens at his school.
Description and summary of content
About a teenager that has a slight case dyslexia and feels he is different than others. Him and his class go on a field trip to a mythology museum and he is nearly attacked by a teacher. Him and his disabled friend Grover go to his apartment to warn his mom. All three of them travel to a demigod camp. However his mom gets kidnapped by hades and is taken to the underworld. Percy is apparently accused of taking a lightning bolt from Zeus. He has 1 day to return it.
Evaluation
In my opinion, I thought this book was pretty good overall. It was very adventurous.
Conclusion
Read about the young demigod on an adventurous trip with Percy and his two friends trying to save his mom from hades.
